What is the best filling for sofa cushions ?

I’m re-upholstering my old sofa’s, there are so many different fillings – uni-curl, dacron, batting, foam chip, spun bond….etc

The best is a combination of firm and soft like a stiff foam core surrounded by down. That way you have the softness of the down but it will hold it’s shape for years to come.
