What color should I paint the walls with a light tan sofa and medium dark (Fantasia color) carpet?

My entire house has the Fantasia (Medium Dark Navy Blue) but I want to change from dark brown paneling to paint the walls. I will be purcasing a sandwood color sofa for the den. Is it too many colors? Would you suggest a color scheme?

I have the same color sectional and I painted my walls a tan color just make sure it is a shade darker that the furniture it looks really good then you can use other colors without worry about to many colors.
