How durable is DURABLEND leather sofa?
I am planning to buy a Durableand leather sofa. I know it’s *not* real leather but it looks & feels real but costs almost half the price of real leather. Should I buy this durableand leather sofa? How durable is durableand sofa over 5-10 years? Any future concerns with Durableand?? The sales guy says it’s just as good as real leather but wanted to hear other opinion. Thanks.

I looked at it and opted not to buy because:
I have pets
I have kids
The room gets a lot of sun (fading)
The other thing is the quality of the frame and springs determines the life span.
Bargain basement places don’t provide quality frames, expect 5 years.
You really get what you pay for in furniture. Anything less than ;2000 in this country is designed to be throw away.
